Carlos Carpizo

Carlos Carpizo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and business development. As the Co-Founder of Kosmos since October 2019, Carlos focuses on addressing the skills gap in the workforce through immersive gamified VR experiences. In addition, as the Founder of Coevolution, Carlos explores the reciprocal evolution of humans and machines, contributing to the establishment of Torch AI. Carlos held prominent leadership roles at Link America as President and President International, as well as at Xerox as Division Vice President. Prior positions also include Director of Operations at ACS, President of TIM Services Inc, and various roles at Ericsson, culminating in the position of VP Key Account. Academic credentials include an MBA in Management and Marketing from SMU Cox School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Monterrey TEC.
