Kostiantyn Vlasov

Kostiantyn Vlasov is an experienced project management professional currently serving as Project Management Lead and Project Manager/Scrum Master at P2H since February 2017. Prior to this role, Kostiantyn held the position of Head of Software Engineering Section at KharkivOblEnergo JSC, where responsibilities included researching and generating business process models for automation and collaborating on software development specifications. Kostiantyn's earlier experience includes roles as Software Engineer II and III at JSC "Kharkovoblenergo," focusing on SQL code modifications and Oracle database management. Additional experience includes developing desktop applications at "PROCONSUL" Investment Consulting Company and working as a wholesales manager and selling assistant in earlier positions. Kostiantyn holds a Specialist degree in Computer Science from the National Aerospace University - Kharkiv Aviation Institute and completed a program at Kyiv-Mohyla Business School in late 2021.
