Joshua Wang is currently the NPI Team Leader at P2i, where they focus on advancing waterproof coating solutions for consumer electronics. With over four years at P2i, they lead efforts in cross-functional leadership, product engineering, and new product introductions while emphasizing metrics-driven processes and data analysis for continuous improvement. Previously, Joshua served as a Senior CVD Equipment Engineer at AUO and a Coating Engineer at HZO. Joshua earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics from Shaanxi University of Science and Technology between 2006 and 2010.
