Nataliya Lobanova

Nataliya Lobanova has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Currently, they serve as a Talent Acquisition Manager at P2P Validator since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Wargaming as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter from October 2021 to July 2022. Nataliya also gained significant experience as a Senior IT Recruiter at Société Générale from July 2017 to July 2021. Before that, they worked as a Recruiter at Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO from August 2016 to March 2017. Nataliya also worked as a Corporate Relationship Manager at Moscow State University from September 2014 to August 2016 and as a Recruitment Specialist at Uralsib from November 2012 to March 2014.

Nataliya Lobanova completed their Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, which they attended from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned their Specialist Degree in International Relations from The Moscow City Government University of Management, where they studied from 2007 to 2012.
