Sarah Appleby is a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years’ experience across various sectors including private equity-backed SMEs, banking, public sector and charities. A dynamic, confident leader and a strong team player, Sarah approaches finance with energy and enthusiasm.

Sarah specialises in working with rapid-growth organisations and, in particular, systems implementation and change management to deliver robust and scalable processes. She is an experienced Board member who holds several voluntary Board positions and currently works as as CFO of a Multi Academy Schools Trust. In addition to her commercial and financial background, Sarah has overseen HR, operational and legal matters.
