Eike Wiechmann

Eike Wiechmann is an experienced project manager currently working at P3 since September 2016, leading cybersecurity initiatives for a major German automotive manufacturer, focusing on the establishment and development of a Security Operations organization in alignment with UN-R155 Cybersecurity regulations. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Management Consultant and Consultant, where significant projects involved international collaboration in technical development and procurement, supplier portfolio management, and quality management for electric vehicle charging applications. Eike's career began at Volkswagen AG, where a diploma thesis on value analysis was completed, along with internships in product optimization within technical development. Additionally, Eike has worked as a research assistant in laser and electron beam welding at the Technical University Braunschweig and taught engineering drawing during an earlier academic tenure. Eike holds a Diplom in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Maschinenbau with a focus on automotive engineering from Technische Universität Braunschweig, complemented by an international educational experience in Australia.
