Vasco Steltenkamp

Vasco Steltenkamp is an experienced professional in the public sector, currently serving as the Managing Director for P3 since January 2025. Prior to this role, Vasco held the position of Head of Public Sector at Pawlik Consultants GmbH from June 2023 to January 2025 and served as Public Sector Director at umlaut company from November 2019 to May 2023. Vasco's career at P3 began in January 2010, where responsibilities included Principal Public Sector and Senior Consultant roles until October 2019. Earlier in Vasco's career, experience included working as a Projektmanager for IT-Rahmenverträge at the European Commission from September 2006 to August 2009 and as a Blue Book Trainee there from October 2005 to March 2006. Vasco began professional experience as a Studentische Hilfskraft at the Institut für Arbeitswissenschaft (IAW) - RWTH Aachen from 2000 to 2004 and is an alumnus of RWTH Aachen University.
