Ethan Braught

Ethan Braught, MHA, currently serves as Regional VP of Operations at P3 Health Partners, overseeing provider engagement, risk, and quality operations in Oregon and California. Previous roles at P3 include Sr. Regional Director of Medicare Risk & Provider Engagement, where Ethan led healthcare transformation through provider engagement, and Director of MRA & Provider Engagement, focusing on Medicare risk adjustment and quality initiatives. Prior to joining P3, Ethan held positions at Samaritan Health Plans, Inc. as Health Data Analytics Program Manager and Operations Coordinator, and worked as Care Coordinator at Propel Health & Oregon ACO LLC. Earlier experience includes a role as Lab Assistant III at The Corvallis Clinic and Student Manager at Marketplace West at OSU. Ethan holds a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration from Colorado State University Global and a Bachelor's degree from Oregon State University.
