Andrea Vesela

Andrea Vesela is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and analysis. Currently serving as Group FP&A Manager at P3 Logistic Parks since September 2021, Andrea oversees the rolling forecast and budgeting for a 9 million sqm industrial portfolio across ten countries, providing support to local finance and asset management teams. Prior roles include Senior Financial Controller at KKCG Group and PPF Real Estate, where Andrea handled bank financing, cash flow management, and budgeting processes. Andrea's background also includes a position as a Member of the Supervisory Board at CITY TOWER, a Junior Financial Controller at PPF Investments, and administrative roles in legal and office management. Andrea holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Prague University of Economics and Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Management from the College of Economics and Management in Prague.
