Javier Mérida

Javier Mérida is the Managing Director of P3 Logistic Parks in Spain. Javier has over a decade of experience in the Spanish real estate market, and has been with P3 since 2015. Prior to their current position, they were an Investment Manager with TPG-Almindus.

Mérida has a strong interest in the industrial property market, and has focused their career on logistics and land development. Javier has built an extensive network of relationships with leading advisors, servicers and real estate developers in Spain, which has positioned him well to continue growing P3's presence in the country.

Javier Mérida has an MBA from IEB in finance and a degree in economic and business sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid.

Javier Mérida works with Thilo Kusch - Group CFO, David Marquina - Chief Development Officer, and Nick Kavelakis - Group Construction Director. Their manager is Frank Pörschke, CEO.
