Otis Spencer

Otis Spencer is the current Chief Investment Officer at P3 Logistic Parks. Prior to this, they were Co-Head/Managing Director at KSP Real Estate Investment Management, where they established a real estate investment management platform focused on core CEE countries of Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary. Before that, they were Co-Head/Managing Director at Heitman International from April 2005 to March 2012. Spencer's career began at ABP Investments as a Senior Portfolio Manager from February 2002 to March 2005. Otis then spent six years at ING Vastgoed as an Asset Manager from January 1995 to December 2001.

Otis Spencer has a Master of Real Estate from the University of Amsterdam, an MBA in Real Estate from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California.
