Rushabh Barot

Rushabh Barot has a diverse work experience in the field of business intelligence and data warehousing. Rushabh started their career in 2014 as an Associate Analyst at Pragmatix Services, where they worked on ETL development and product migration for clients such as Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. Rushabh participated in client requirements gathering sessions and used Pentaho Data Integration Designer to extract data from various sources and populate it onto a data warehouse.

In 2016, Rushabh joined Hansa Cequity as a System Analyst, where they gathered business requirements from clients and used SSIS for ETL extraction, transformation, and loading of data from different source systems. Rushabh was responsible for data cleansing and addressing parsing.

Following that, Rushabh joined Sapiens as an Associate Consultant and worked on multiple projects for leading life insurers in the ASEAN region. Rushabh served as a Business Analyst for AIA Life Insurance Company Ltd Singapore, where they worked closely with the client to understand their business requirements, ETL mapping, and testing. Rushabh also worked as an Associate Consultant for AIA Life Insurance Company Ltd Indonesia, contributing to a multi-country data warehouse implementation project.

Since 2018, Rushabh has been working at P360 as a Senior Business Intelligence Developer and Technical Lead. Rushabh has been working with Konica Minolta Healthcare Americas, Inc. as a BI Consultant, where they communicate with clients to create technical specifications and translates functional requirements into technical specifications for developing reports and ETL processes.

Rushabh Barot holds a Master's Degree in Computer Application from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), which they completed from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Nagindas Khandwala College, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. In addition, Rushabh has achieved the Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate certification from Microsoft, which they obtained in May 2021.
