James Starmore

James Starmore is a qualified physiotherapist with extensive experience in sports rehabilitation. Currently serving as a PFA rehabilitation scheme physiotherapist at P3RFORM since June 2025, Starmore previously held roles as a rehabilitation physiotherapist at Aberdeen Football Club and as a senior physiotherapist at Rotherham United Football Club. Prior to that, Starmore worked as a first team physiotherapist at Sheffield Wednesday Football Club and as a first aider at Leeds United Football Club. Starmore began a career in health and fitness as a lifeguard at Everyone Active - SLM from July 2012 to April 2015. Academic qualifications include a master's degree from Leeds Beckett University, obtained between January 2019 and January 2021, and a degree in Sport and Exercise Therapy from the same institution, completed from September 2015 to May 2018.
