Founder & CEO at P3S Corporation

Ms. Mary Ellen Martin is a highly regarded and recognized entrepreneur who established P³S Corporation to provide a broad range of services primarily focused on the government sector. Drawing on 12 years of federal executive experience, she has grown P³S Corporation from a home based business to a highly competitive enterprise in as many as 29 locations.

As a young executive Mary Ellen worked for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management where she was hired under the Outstanding Scholar Program and climbed the federal corporate ladder very quickly, reaching GS-15 status early in her career. Mary Ellen served as the COO and VP for the U.S. Department of Treasury Franchise Fund, improving the delivery of products and services throughout the government. Under her leadership, annual revenue for the U.S. Department of Treasury grew to over $400 million, while savings to government agencies reached in excess of $10 million. After 12 years of federal service Mary Ellen recognized there was a great need for highly capable businesses with knowledge and experience to deliver services in the federal sector. She founded P³S Corporation with Performance, Productivity, and Powerful Solutions as a delivery promise.

Mary Ellen's vision was to help the federal government meet its mission, increase the quality of service delivery and reduce risk to the government -- ultimately saving taxpayer dollars. That vision became P³S Corporation, and saw unprecedented growth while receiving continual outstanding performance awards and accolades. While the rest of the U.S. fell into a deep recession in 2008, P³S Corporation continued to grow and deliver on its promise. The greatest accomplishment in Mary Ellen's career has been employing people during tough economic times and improving the quality of life for the entire P³S team.
