Darryl Harlan

Darryl Harlan is an experienced security and law enforcement professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as an Off Duty Officer at Blue Star Security and P4 Security Solutions LLC, as well as a Certified Peer Specialist at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Darryl has a rich history in police administration, training coordination, and community safety management gained during over two decades at the College of Lake County, culminating in the role of Retired Police Lieutenant. Darryl's extensive education includes a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from Western Illinois University and a Certification in Police Staff & Command from Northwestern University. Additional experience includes roles in correctional facilities, residential counseling, and military service in the U.S. Marines.
