Robert Alty has extensive experience in law enforcement and security, currently serving as an Armed Security Guard at MPI-K9 since September 2023, while also working as an Armed Security Officer with P4 Security Solutions LLC since December 2020. Alty's previous roles include serving as an Armed Security Officer for Armour Security LLC and Allied Universal, as well as holding positions as a Police Officer with the Toluca and Minonk Police Departments and Deputy Chief of the Wenona Police Department from 2018 to 2021. Alty's law enforcement career began in 1989 with the Belvidere Police Department, where a 15-year tenure included involvement in a gang unit. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Law Enforcement from Western Illinois University and a high school diploma from Elk Grove High School.
