Sulaiman Rahman is a dynamic entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in human capital solutions, education, and community development. As Founder and CEO of DiverseForce since 2017, Sulaiman has pioneered talent management strategies aimed at promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within organizations. In addition to this role, Sulaiman serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Mastery Schools, guiding a network dedicated to revitalizing underperforming public schools, and as the Founder of P4 Hub, which focuses on advancing equity in the region.
