Christopher M. Foley

Christopher M. Foley is the President and Founder of P4 Infrastructure, Inc., a position held since August 2017. Prior to this role, Christopher served as Professor and Chair at Marquette University from January 1996 to July 2017. Christopher M. Foley holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering, obtained from Marquette University in 1996, as well as a Master’s Degree and Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Marquette University, completed in 1989 and 1986, respectively.
