Alan Ansell

Alan Ansell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and business solutions. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Excellence and Operating Model Lead at AXA Health since July 2021, Alan has previously held key positions, including Managing Director at Ansell Business Solutions Ltd and Strategy & Design Lead at the UK Ministry of Defence. Alan's career spans over two decades, including significant roles at IBM as a Senior Management Consultant and various leadership positions in organizations such as the NHS and Network Rail. Alan holds an MBA from Henley Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Geological and Earth Sciences from the University of St Andrews.
