Charlotte Ledger

Charlotte Ledger is a seasoned Digital Design Director and Managing Consultant at PA Consulting, where leadership of the Experience Strategy Team in the US focuses on innovation and customer-centric solutions for Fortune 500 clients. With expertise in integrating customer insights, design thinking, and business strategy, Charlotte has driven the development of impactful digital products and services. Previous experience includes leading UX and visual design for a smoking cessation program in New York and developing a digitally enabled vision for Bupa in London. Additional roles encompass Senior UX/UI Designer at Friday, overseeing a children's digital money box project, and Design Lead at Digital Innovation Group, managing projects for notable brands. Charlotte holds a BA HONS in Graphic and Communication Design from the University of Leeds and is pursuing a d.MBA set for completion in late 2024.
