Jonathan Niblock

Jonathan Niblock is a Principal Consultant and Head of Managed Services at PA Consulting since November 2018, where responsibilities include managing teams across Java and .NET stacks on cloud platforms and enhancing the managed services function in Belfast. Prior to this role, Jonathan served at Citi from August 2008 to November 2018, advancing through various positions from Graduate Applications Production Support Analyst to Senior Application Production Support Manager. In these roles, Jonathan managed global production support for mission-critical applications, engaged with technical systems, and led virtual teams under a follow-the-sun support model. Jonathan holds educational credentials from Ulster University and Belfast Metropolitan College.
