Matt Whalley

Matt Whalley is a seasoned professional in the Health & Life Sciences sector, currently serving as a Partner and Member of PA's Management Group at PA Consulting since March 2021, where responsibilities include leading digital initiatives in Manchester. Prior to this role, Matt accumulated extensive experience at BJSS from September 2010 to February 2021, holding multiple senior positions including Head of Client Services and Head of Delivery in Manchester, as well as serving as a Consultant Developer. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Principal Consultant at PA Consulting Group from January 2006 to September 2010 and as a Senior Engineer in Software Development at Intervoice. Matt began a career in software development as a Software Developer at Exploit Information Technologies Ltd. Matt holds an MComp (Hons) in Computer Science from Loughborough University and has foundational education from Stockport Grammar School.
