Rory Scott

Rory Scott is a data strategy and analytics professional with extensive experience in both the humanitarian and governmental sectors. Currently serving as MC (Director) for Data Strategy, Science & Engineering at PA Consulting since February 2022, Rory previously held the position of Predictive Analytics Lead at the Norwegian Refugee Council, focusing on predicting displacement through open-source data. Prior roles include Head of Data Science at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, where Rory managed an interdisciplinary team and developed strategies for using open-source data in diplomacy. With a background that encompasses data analysis and software development, Rory has worked with various prominent organizations including the United Nations and the World Bank. Rory holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Philosophy with Computer Science from the University of Birmingham.
