Bill Stout

Bill Stout has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Bill has held various roles at different companies throughout their career. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Product Operations at PA Health & Wellness. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Director of Value Based Contracting & Strategy at the same company. In 2018, Bill worked as an Emergency Medical Technician at Shaler Hampton Emergency Medical Services. Bill also had a brief role as a Senior Advisor at US Imaging Network. Before that, they had a long tenure at Aetna, where they held multiple positions, including Senior Director of Network Policy and Administration, Provider Network Integration Lead for Coventry Health Care acquisition, Network Market Head of National Network Contracting, and Network Market Head of Network & Provider Services for the Mid-Atlantic Region. In these roles, they were responsible for various aspects of network management, contract operations, strategy development, and cost savings initiatives. Bill has a strong background in healthcare operations and strategic planning.

Bill Stout earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University between 1985 and 1989. Bill then pursued further education at the University of Minnesota, where they obtained a Masters Degree in Health Care Administration from 1990 to 1992. In 2017, Bill attended the Community College of Allegheny County's Public Safety Institute, completing a course in Emergency Medical Technician.
