Theresia Kody, CESP, serves as an Employment & Vocational Specialist at PA Health & Wellness since December 2022 and has extensive experience in workforce development through multiple roles since 2010. As a Workforce Development Consultant for Community Integrated Services, Theresia has focused on project management, innovation, and partnerships while facilitating events aimed at disability awareness. Previous positions include Volunteer Coordinator for The Barkann Family Healing Hearts Foundation and Training and Implementation Specialist at JEVS Human Services, where Theresia contributed to developing employment service curricula. Theresia has held various roles in other organizations, demonstrating a strong commitment to employment services for individuals with disabilities and a focus on enhancing organizational practices. Theresia holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Fine Arts from Saint Joseph's University.
