Nick Cullen

Nick Cullen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nick started their career as a Shop Assistant at Austin Reed Group during their university years, where they gained experience in customer service and store management. Nick then moved on to Paul Smith, where they worked as a Supervisor, overseeing a team of staff and managing store operations.

Afterwards, they joined Metropolitan as a Customer Service Officer, where they handled tenant and public inquiries and provided support in various areas of the company. Nick then transitioned to asra Housing Group, starting as a Business Development Officer before being promoted to Housing Officer. In this role, they focused on managing social housing properties and improving the living conditions for tenants in a challenging area.

Nick took a sabbatical leave to travel, before returning to asra Housing Group as a Digital Marketing Manager. Here, they developed a unique approach to letting properties within the social sector, creating the Property Shop microsite to provide high-quality service to potential customers. Nick later became a Housing Team Leader, overseeing a team of staff and handling complex cases, performance reporting, and stakeholder management.

Nick managed a small team and reported to the Assistant Director of Corporate Services.

Most recently, Nick has become a Board Member at Warwickshire Rural Housing Association Limited, further expanding their experience in the housing sector. Throughout their work experience, Nick has demonstrated skills in communication, marketing, team leadership, and strategic planning.
