William Mixon

William Mixon has had a diverse work experience. William started their career in 1984 as the CEO of Prime Industrials, Inc, where they led the development of the first digital control system for solar trackers. William then founded and served as the CEO of Prime Manufacturing, Inc, where they successfully established accounts with global companies and expanded into international markets.

In 2000, Mixon became the CEO of Health Information Designs, Inc, where they guided the company to year-over-year growth and was involved in several M&A activities.

From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a senior management consultant for the Alabama Medicaid Agency, where they developed a business case for the transition of pharmacy programs to the private sector and collaborated with national PBM's senior management.

Mixon then joined WRM Consulting, LLC in 2015 as a partner, providing background and context on the Alabama Medicaid Agency Regional Care Organization (ALA RCO) to the Centene Business Development Group.

In 2017, Mixon became the President of HDI Solutions LLC, where they provided system-level applications related to automobile liability insurance verification and prior authorization of prescription pharmaceuticals to state agencies and the healthcare industry.

Most recently, in 2019, Mixon founded PA Logic Solutions LLC, where they serve as the President.

William Mixon attended Troy University from 1975 to 1979 and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BSc.) degree in Psychology. William then attended Emory University from 1980 to 1982, where they studied Patristics and Theology.
