Mark Johnson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advisory and strategic planning roles within the Canadian government and associated organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at PAA Advisory | Conseils since September 2021, Mark previously held key positions such as Issues Manager on the Biomanufacturing Strategy Implementation Team at Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada and Director of Strategic Planning in the Office of the Minister of Finance. Earlier roles include serving as a Policy Advisor for the Office of the Leader of the Official Opposition and Project Leader at the Canada Border Services Agency. Mark also contributed as a Policy and Stakeholder Relations Advisor in the Office of Candice Bergen, M.P., and held significant responsibilities in the Office of the Minister of Public Safety. Mark holds a degree from the University of Ottawa.
