Luciano Traja

Luciano Traja has extensive experience in leadership roles within the logistics and postal sectors. Currently serving as General Manager for Paack in Italy since February 2022, Luciano previously held multiple positions at Nexive, including Chief Executive Officer, where a successful transformation from a traditional postal company to an e-commerce logistics provider was achieved. Luciano's earlier roles at Nexive included Chief Operating Officer and Parcel Operations Director, focusing on the development of delivery services and operations. Prior experience includes managing ICT business processes at Fincantieri and network operations at Poste Italiane, alongside a foundational educational background in Industrial Engineering from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
