Igor Lipshits

Igor Lipshits is a dedicated social worker with extensive experience in various roles. Since April 2024, Igor has been serving as a social worker at Be-Atzmi. In addition, since September 2022, Igor has held dual positions as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Operating Officer at NEWYES-Israel, and has worked as a private case manager at א.ליפשיץ ניהול משברים since July 2022, focusing on client-centered care and advocacy. Prior to these roles, Igor contributed as a social worker at PAAMONIM from December 2019 to April 2024 and at the Migdal Haemeq Municipality from October 2015 to February 2020. Igor's earlier experience includes working as a social worker in elderly care at Vered a Carmel Housing from July 2013 to October 2015. Igor holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Haifa, completed in July 2018, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work, obtained in August 2012.
