Vincent Mulvey

Vincent Mulvey is the Telecom Sourcing Director at PAAS and has over 20 years of experience in the telecom industry. Vincent began their career as a Consultant at Thompson Advisory Group LLC (TAG) and then became the Director of Service Delivery at Alsbridge. In their current role, they are responsible for leading the sourcing engagement for enterprise clients and has successfully negotiated contracts that have resulted in direct cost savings of up to 53%. Vincent has also been responsible for initiating and growing a captive business unit in India, with sole responsibility for hiring, training and managing a 10-person team. Additionally, they have lead a 6-person Service Delivery Team in the U.S. and has continually expanded their capabilities into new technologies such as Data Center, UC / SIP / VoIP, Cloud, SD WAN and NFV. Throughout their career, Vincent has successfully managed Fortune 1000 clients and key accounts that include Choice Hotels, MB Financial, Harley Davidson, Eddie Bauer, Gannett, and The Washington Post.

Vincent Mulvey has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business and a BBA from New Mexico State University. Vincent's fields of study are finance and operations management.
