John Calicdan is an experienced Maintenance Manager with a strong focus on safety, equipment reliability, and overall plant efficiency. Currently serving as Maintenance Manager at PABCO® Gypsum since May 2024, John previously held similar roles at FCC Environmental Services and Republic Services, where responsibilities included managing facility mobile and stationary equipment. John also provided consultancy on winter outages for cement plants through John Calicdan Inc. LLC. With extensive experience at Lehigh Hanson, including positions as Sr. Maintenance Manager and Sr. Plant Planner, John's background encompasses annual shutdown management, maintenance planning, and engineering innovations. John began the professional journey as an Engineer in Training at Holcim and has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University.
