Jackline Atieno Magak is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resource consulting. Currently serving as the Manager of Human Resource Consulting at PAC AFRICA since August 2023, Jackline designs and implements tailored HR strategies that align with client business objectives. Previous roles include Recruitment and Talent Advisory Manager, Recruitment Specialist at RegenOrganics, and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at BrighterMonday Kenya. Jackline has also held senior positions in business development and HR consulting at Career Directions Ltd and PKF Eastern Africa. Academically, Jackline holds a PhD in Strategic Management, an MBA in Strategic Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Nairobi, along with several diplomas and certifications in human resource management. As a member in good standing with IHRM Kenya, Jackline is dedicated to developing innovative HR solutions that foster organizational growth.
