John Poulos

John Poulos is an experienced Technical Support Engineer at PAC Machinery since January 2017, providing technical support and quality assurance across all product lines. With over 15 years in technical service, previous roles include Sr. Technical Service Specialist for Durable Medical Equipment Engineering, where complex mechanical issues were resolved for dealers and end-users. From 1997 to 2016, John worked at Invacare in various positions, including Senior Technical Service Phone Specialist, where technical support was provided on all products, and Senior Electronics/Mechanical Repair Technician, overseeing component-level repairs for powered and manual wheelchairs. John holds a degree in Industrial Electronics from Lorain County Community College and has additional education from Lorain County Joint Vocational School District.
