Claire Mawn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and project management across various industries. Currently serving as People & Culture Leader at PAC Trading Pty Ltd since March 2024, Claire previously held the role of Human Resources Manager for Australia & New Zealand at TES – Sustainable Technology Lifecycle Solutions, where responsibilities included overseeing HR functions and strategy across multiple regions. Previous positions include Head of Global Projects at Promethean BioPharma Ltd, Human Resources Manager at Anspec Pty Ltd, and Director & Co-Founder of McNair yellowSquares, where Claire managed HR and finance operations. With an academic background in Psychology from the University of St Andrews and a Diploma in Accounting and Finance from Cengage Education, Claire brings a unique blend of strategic insight and practical HR expertise.
