Mariecar Kao

Mariecar Kao, CPA has a strong background in corporate finance and accounting. Mariecar started their career at Ernst & Young as a Senior Associate, where they gained experience in auditing. Mariecar then moved on to BDO Seidman, LLP as an Audit Manager, further developing their auditing skills.

In 2009, Mariecar joined PAC Worldwide and held various roles within the company. As the Financial Reporting Manager, they focused on maintaining internal controls and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Mariecar also served as the Corporate Controller, overseeing the accounting department's operations and leading efforts to increase cash inflow and reduce compliance risks.

Currently, Mariecar holds the position of Global Director for Corporate Finance at PAC Worldwide. In this role, they are responsible for strategic planning, corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, accounting, auditing, treasury, taxes, compliance, and global risk management. Mariecar also oversees the finance and accounting functions of the foreign subsidiaries.

From 1996 to 2000, Mariecar Kao, CPA attended the University of Santo Tomas, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce majoring in Accountancy.
