Stephan Hollmann's work experience includes serving as the Chief Executive Officer at PACAVI Group since 2008, an Honorary Consul for Economic Development at the Federal Republic of Germany since 2010, an Advisor at AdvisoryCloud in 2020, and an Aviation Consultant at New Zealand Trade and Enterprise in 2005.

Stephan Hollmann completed their Ph.D. in Business Management (Aviation) from California Southern University between 1999 and 2006. Prior to that, they obtained their MSC in Electronic Engineering from the University of Applied Science Bremen in Germany between 1983 and 1987.
