Christian Barajas

Christian Barajas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and product marketing within the automotive industry, specifically at PACCAR Parts since July 2013, where Christian serves as the Assistant Director of Customer Experience. In this role, Christian leads a team of front-line managers to enhance service delivery while developing strategic initiatives to boost customer loyalty. Prior positions include Senior Product Marketing Manager for the Mexican market and Product Marketing Manager for LATAM, where Christian focused on achieving sales objectives and managing market-specific strategies. Before PACCAR Parts, Christian worked as a Service Technical Training Coordinator at Kenworth Truck Co., implementing nationwide technical training programs, and as a Sales Engineer at Kenworth Mexicana, optimizing truck configurations for better performance. Christian holds an MBA in Finance from CETYS Universidad and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from UABC.
