Jian Zhao (George)

Jian (George) Zhao is a seasoned Sr Manufacturing Engineer and Project Manager with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently employed at PACCAR Winch Division since October 2010, Jian manages facility upgrade projects, oversees production process improvements, and ensures project execution aligns with established timelines. Prior experience includes a role as Manufacturing/Quality Engineer at Wellman Products Group, where Jian led six-sigma and lean continuous improvement initiatives, as well as Kaizen events. Additionally, experience as a Supplier Development Engineer at Caterpillar Inc. involved supporting new product introductions and addressing critical production quality issues. Jian holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from JiLin Institute of Engineering and has further education from St. Clair College.
