Laura M.

Laura M. has extensive experience in engineering and program management, currently serving as the Director of Program Management for Global Powertrain at PACCAR since January 2014. Laura has previously held leadership roles, including Assistant Chief Engineer at Peterbilt Motors Company, where oversight of ten engineering departments and significant staff management was key. Notably, Laura led Global Continuous Improvement initiatives, implementing thousands of projects that resulted in substantial cost savings for PACCAR. With a background at Cummins Inc., including positions such as Program Manager and Assistant Chief Engineer, Laura also contributed to new product introduction and product reliability efforts. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Purdue University.
