Muhammad Salman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality management and engineering within the automotive industry. Currently serving as Assistant Director of Supplier Quality at PACCAR since June 2008, Muhammad manages Supplier Quality Managers across North America and coordinates quality teams globally. Responsibility includes establishing communication methods to ensure quality objectives are met, improving supplier capabilities to prevent defects, and enhancing supplier selection processes. Muhammad's previous roles at PACCAR include Manager of Reliability Group and Manager of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering. Prior to PACCAR, Muhammad worked at Ford Motor Company in various engineering positions, focusing on product design, lean manufacturing, and process capability analysis.
