Nick Andres

Nick Andres is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and administration. Currently serving as a System Engineer at PACCAR since September 2015, Nick has contributed to maintaining client health and supporting the OSD process across various sites. Prior experience includes roles at Green Diamond Resource Company, where Nick provided tiered helpdesk support and successfully completed an Exchange 2010 cluster build with zero downtime, and Columbia Distributing, where Nick led the migration of over 350 users to Windows 7. Additional experience spans positions at Alaska Distributors, Tab Wizard, and National Software Testing Labs, showcasing a strong background in customer service, technical support, and system upgrades. Nick holds an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology from South Puget Sound Community College.
