James Matthews Pe

James Matthews PE has extensive experience in the field of civil engineering, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of the Environmental Water Division at PACE since June 1994. Prior to this role, James worked as an Associate Engineer for the City of San Diego Water Production Division from 1992 to 1994. James earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University, where studies were completed between 1988 and 1994. Earlier education was obtained at Laguna Beach High School from 1984 to 1988.
