Tony Howze is an experienced GIS Manager with a career spanning over two decades in civil engineering and geographical information systems. Currently serving as the GIS Manager at Pacific Advanced Civil Engineering since February 2005, Tony oversees the GIS support department, delivering maps, statistical analysis, and application development for various engineering projects. Prior to this role, Tony held the position of GIS Manager at Forma from October 1998 to January 2005, where responsibilities included providing detailed analysis and map graphics for planning, as well as supporting environmental impact reports and state/federal applications. Tony Howze earned a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from California State University-Long Beach, completing the degree between 1996 and 1998.
