Albert "Rusty" Vicinie has extensive work experience in the laboratory operations field.

Albert "Rusty" started their career in 1986 as an Analytical Chemist at the Western Pennsylvania Hospital- Dept of Medical Genetics. From there, they joined Assay Technologies (Corning Industrial Laboratories) in 1990 as a Laboratory Manager, where they managed environmental and industrial hygiene laboratory operations.

In 1997, they became the Laboratory Director at Quanterra, responsible for all operational aspects of the laboratory serving both Department of Defense and Commercial clients. During their time there, the laboratory's financial performance and service improved significantly. Quanterra was later acquired by Severn Trent Laboratories in 2000.

Following the acquisition, Rusty joined TestAmerica in 1997, serving in various roles. Albert "Rusty" was the Laboratory Director until 2007, where they had full responsibility for laboratory operations. Subsequently, they became the General Manager, providing strategic direction for the organization. Later, from 2006 to 2014, they served as the General Manager of the Central Region, responsible for 9 laboratory operations and 16 service centers.

In 2014, Rusty became the Vice President of Operations for the Central United States Region and a member of the Executive Team at TestAmerica. Albert "Rusty" had full profit and loss responsibility for laboratory and logistics operations across 15 states.

In 2021, Rusty moved to Pace Analytical and is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations. In this role, they are responsible for a number of laboratory operations across the United States, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, defendable data and reliable service to clients.

Albert "Rusty" Vicinie earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry and Biology from Gannon University, where they attended from 1977 to 1981.
