Jen Silvers

Jen Silvers, MBA, CFRE, currently serves as the Senior Director of Program Operations at Pace Center for Girls, starting in January 2024. Prior to this role, Jen was the Vice President of Development at Special Olympics Florida from May 2022 to April 2023. Jen's extensive experience in leadership positions includes serving as an Account Executive at The Sports Facilities Advisory | The Sports Facilities Management and as District Vice President at YMCA of South Hampton Roads before the position was eliminated due to COVID-19. Additionally, Jen held the role of Executive Director at both YMCA of Greater New York and YMCA of Florida's First Coast, and demonstrated earlier career experience as Executive Director at Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA and Development Director at YMCA of Central Virginia. Jen began a career in media as a Reporter/Anchor at WSET-TV and as an Anchor at KTKA-TV. Academically, Jen obtained a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from The University of Kansas and earned an MBA from the University of Lynchburg.
