Morgan Conway is an experienced professional currently serving as the Talent Development Manager and previously as the Talent Development Specialist at Pace Center for Girls since March 2021. Prior to this role, Morgan worked at Acosta from July 2016 to March 2021, serving as a Learning Management System Administrator and a Learning Specialist, where effective training materials for e-learners were developed. Additional experience includes an administrative assistant position at Southeast Industrial Sales Co, and roles as a personal assistant for Cherry Dougherty and a nanny for Rick Olson. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management and an Associate of Arts in Business Management from Florida State College at Jacksonville, along with a high school diploma from Duval Virtual Instructional Academy.

Pace Center for Girls provides year-round safe and supportive academic and counseling programs to help girls understand their past and prepare for their future. Pace’s team of counselors and educators provide middle and high school academic services, counseling, life-skills training, career preparation and more, developing individualized approaches based on each girl’s unique strengths, life experiences and needs at no cost. Pace is a supportive community for girls to build healthy relationships, plan for their future and overcome trauma. Girls face challenges in public schools, the juvenile justice system and in accessing mental health care. For girls who require additional support or have experienced trauma, finding the best path forward in these systems can be overwhelming. Pace believes All girls, regardless of their story, deserve support on the road to becoming strong, compassionate and successful women. and when properly supported, all girls have the power to achieve their own vision of success, which leads to positive outcomes for themselves, their families and communities.
