The Leadership Team at Pace Center for Girls is responsible for defining and steering the organization's strategic vision, ensuring alignment with its mission to provide supportive academic and counseling programs for girls. Comprising key executives such as the President & CEO and various Vice Presidents, the team oversees critical areas including advancement strategy, IT and security, people and culture, and financial operations to ensure the organization's sustainable growth and efficacy in supporting its community.
