Marissa Lauder

Marissa Lauder has over 25 years of experience in the financial sector, with a focus on banking and credit unions. Marissa is currently the Director at Pace Credit Union. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at UGE from November 2020 to October 2021, and as a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair at PACE Credit Union from February 2020 to November 2020. From June 2015 to November 2019, they were the EVP and Chief Financial Officer at Street Capital Bank of Canada, where they led a team of 20 finance, administrative and legal professionals. During their tenure, the company took over the operations of a public company and became a regulated schedule 1 bank in Canada. In October of 2019, the company was successfully sold. Lauder has also worked as a Self-Employed Finance Consultant at MgL Services from January 2020 to November 2020, and as a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair at Trichome Financial Corp. from February 2018 to February 2021.

Marissa Lauder has a CA from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and a B.Com from the University of Toronto. Marissa is also a graduate of the ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program (09-2019).
