Rosanna Brown

Rosanna Brown, PE, is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as the Land Development Discipline Manager and Project Manager at PACE Engineers, Inc., a position held since December 2017. Prior to this role, Rosanna worked as a Civil Engineer at DOWL from January 2011 to November 2017 and at Barghausen Consulting Engineers from August 2006 to December 2010. Rosanna earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Oregon Institute of Technology, completing studies from 2001 to 2006.
